Question Syrup on Fit Day?

Hi there,

I just bought Log Cabin's Sugar Free Syrup. Fit Day won't accept my custom addition and I can't find anything that is equal to it. Part of the problem is that it has 12g carbs and 12g sugar alcohol...which means 0 net carbs, right? Fit day doesn't have a spot for sugar alcohol either. Any suggestions for me? I know lots of you use SF syrup

Thanks!

either type "syrup" in the search box...it brought up several.
Or, You can enter it under custom foods from the label to save it there.
Hope this helps!

You just have to enter it as 12 carbs and know to deduct those yourself. If you really think they're deductible, put them as fiber and fitday should accept it.

When it doesn't accept my custom additions (due to calorie calculations) I just keep tweaking them until the calories match with their fat+protein+carb calculation.

Hope that helps.
