Question Exercise Videos

I wonder if anyone would like to recommend some exercise videos. I am interested in Yoga tapes as well. I saw some discussion about Pilates but I do not know too much about that form of exercise. I am not looking for high impact stuff, just a slow steady burn.

I would love some suggestions, I thought a tape would be a good idea to help me get started on some kind of regular exercise routine.
I am feeling a bit old and out of shape to go to a gym

I have a few different kinds I use at home. Out of all of them, I prefere the Denise Austin tapes. She has some really good low impact tapes. I just feel like I get a really good work out when I use her tapes.

I have tried the Kick Boxing and Pilates tapes, which are OK, but still prefere Denise Austin.

Hey thanks for the reply, Stephie123!

I will take a look at Denise's tapes. I did a web search for her home page as well, she has a lot of tapes and books I see!
Thanks again!!

Just bought Denise Austin's Yoga fat blasting video yesterday. It has 3 different workouts. The first was way to fast for me but I tried it anyway. Only lasted about 12 minutes but today my outer thighs were sore. That's a good sign! Using muscles I haven't used in a long time. Will try the 2nd and 3rd workout tomorrow. These look more my speed.
