Default Biscuits

I tried making biscuits and they turn out ok however they did not bind as well as I thought. Can anyone tell me how to get it to bind better as I can see that it needs improving.

250g butter
1 choc bar light in carb
2 eggs
1 cup of soy powder
1 teaspoon of baking power.

If anyone could help me improve this ideal it would be great.

Thanks

Leonie

When you start low-carb baking, it's always best to use existing recipes until you have an understanding of the different ingredients and how they work together. Here's a link to lowcarbluxury which has quite a few cookie recipes.

You can't subtitute LC ingredients for HC ingredients in traditional HC recipes. It always requires some fiddling.
