OK.... I know I cannot have Sushi on Atkins because of the rice.

However, I had plenty of Sashimi (raw fish - mostly salmon - without rice).

My question is: Does anyone know if wasbi has any carbs in it? I like to add it to my sashimi and, other than crying, want to make sure it's not killing me.

Soy sauce too, but usually no more than about 4 or 5 tablespoons are used for a meal.

It does, but nothing to worry about.

Check out Low-Carb Tools at the top of the page for our fabulous carb counter. The carb count for wasabi is there. Soy sauce too, but you may want to use a little less.
