Exclamation Ack! accidentaly ate lowfat mayo - Did I derail?

Today I ate some deli meat with mayonaise on it...only to find out afterwords that it was low-fat mayo! Will this ruin my induction phase? Is there anything I can do to "counter" it? It's day 5 for me and I've been adhering to the tee to this point.

Hi There,

Don't panic, everything will be fine.

Best thing to do would be to allow for it in the carb count for the day. Do you know how many carbs it had? If it is not a commercial mayo then I would guestimate it at about 5gr per tblsp to be on the safe side.

I think the lowfat mayo did me in...I've been craving carbs lately--even though I stopped craving them a day and a half ago. I can't tell if I'm hungry--I feel as though I'm not, but I keep on wanting to eat. Maybe it's my cravings for carbs wanting to succumb to anything.

It could be the sugar in the mayo did cause a craving or two - but the important part is that you are aware of it happening and are not giving in!
