Question Members Recipe Section?

Was re-reading the sweet treat recipe for the Mock Danish. Noticed one of the earlier posters, said she had put all the recipe variations in the "members recipe section"? Where is this area??

Talon,

Thanks for your quick reply - but I still am not sure where to find the recipe in questions.

I have visited the "kitchen" area, and gotten many good recipes, but have yet to see the Mock Danish recipe variations!!!!??

Sharon, a Senior Member on 9-10-01 posted the following:

Hi, I've posted the Mock Danish Recipe in the Member's Recipe Section. I included (hopefully all), your variations and hints for the recipe.

If you come up with more, we can always add Mock Danish Recipe Variations, so please continue to post ideas as you come up with news ones.

This is our first recipe posted where we've had such a great group effort.

.....should I be looking in "sweet treats"? (sorry to be such a "dunce")

It takes a bit of searching - the older posts move down the page. Here is a link to the original recipe (yep it was in Sweet Treats):

Thank you again Talon.

I was in the right area - guess I was (hoping) thinking there would be one post, with all of the variations, (rather than scrolling through all the post).

Maybe that is something I will do and post.

The Mock danish is a great "sweet treat".

Thanks again.

Hi there,

Another place to find the Mock Danish and its variations is under Low Carb Recipes on the orange bar at the top of the screen.
Look under "Readers low carb recipes" - you'll find Mock Danish under "Breakfasts."

Thank you Rosebud - this was more what I was hoping for.

How do recipes make it into this section? There have certainly been more variations to the Mock Danish..........

Hi Shar (and Talon)
If you scroll down while in each recipe section, you'll find a "Post a recipe" thingy.

Ok, I admit it, I can't find the post recipe thingy - not of course that I cook at would actually have something to post!

Poor Talon

Just go to the "breakfasts" say, and scroll right down. It's there, I promise!

My turn to help you Talon.

Click on the orange bar (Low carb recipes)

Then click at the top of that box "Go to readers Low carb recipes

I selected BREAKFAST, and if you scroll down past all the recipes - there it is - POST A RECIPE.

Awww...

I was looking in the regular forum for the post a recipe thingie, not the orange-bar recipe section.

Thanks you two.

Rosebud - looks like we were posting close to the same time!

Thanks to you and Talon for all of your help this morning.

I am out of here - got a Mock Danish in my microwave, with my name on it
