Smile I know it's water weight but I lost 2 1/2 lbs yesterday

Ate some green beans, a whole lot of hamburgers without buns. Seasoned with horseradish and spicy mustard. Also some pork roast. YUMMM!!!!!

I'm back on track!!

Hi Sk8termom!

Just a note of encouragement about that "water" weight loss.

What makes us feel bloated and fat and makes up a large part of cellulite! Retaining too much water from eating too many carbs!
As for me, I feel so much better not so bloated up, and I don't "feel" fat anymore, so give me that "water" weight loss anytime!!!!

JAYJOY.

hi Gail,

Don't discount spontaneous, natural "water" weight loss ... That's 2½ lbs of bloat that you DON'T need to be towing around in your cells. For me, it works by increasing the carbs slightly (by 5 - 10g), in the form of more high-fiber veggies --- everyone's body works differently.

Keep up the good work!!

Doreen

Smile Thanks so much for your responses

It sure makes getting through the first couple days of induction so much easier.

Smile Another 2 lbs - impossible but I love it!

I started doing about 10 minutes of light calisthenics this morning. Mostly leg and arm exercises. Bet I'll be sore later. I haven't had any of the pork rinds this time. I wonder if they were causing me problems before? Or maybe I just lost the water weight before my period a few days too early? One week from Sunday I'll re-do my measurements so I'll see if I really lost anything.

Everyone here is doing so well!

Default Water Weight !!!!!

I was very pleased with my water weight also!!!

It makes the effort all worth while.

Im glad someone else is thinking like me.

Lets keep up the great work.

Id be happy to have as many tips as possible .

My main concern is when will it all end ....The losing I mean?

By the way how much decaff is ok a day .

Also red or white wine? Fit day says 3.5 fl oz red 2 c and white 1carb . Then I read here somewhre red was less than white.

Thanks again ....
