Default My eyes are bigger than my tablespoon!

{{{sigh}}} I just made a terrible mistake. I decided to actually get out a measuring spoon to measure that tablespoon of peanut butter to have on my celery stalk. Then I pulled out a regular tablespoon, which I had been using to scoop my generous dollops previously. I then scraped the measured tablespoon into the regular one and found that I had actually been eating about 2-3 tablespoons with each scoopful. Now I can no longer lie to myself that it's "just one" tablespoon. So, if you want to continue to deceive yourself about the amounts you are eating, do not measure. Of course, on the other hand, if you think you're really eating according to plan and not losing as fast as you think you should, start measuring!

Hi -

No you can't lie to yourself that is wrong and what most of us have done here.

What you can decide is that you are losing weight and eating 2-3 TBS of peanut butter and your personal range of carbs daily still allows this.

Up to you? I find it amazing how you can add carbs and lose faster sometimes.
