Question Weightloss average??

What is your average monthly weightloss while low carbing?
I am trying to get an idea of about how soon I will see noticable weight loss results.

Happy Shrinking! Shae

I am averaging 6 pounds a month. I look way different to me, but apparently other people haven't noticed yet. Kinda sucks! LOL!

I average 5 lbs/month, though it doesn't happen in a nice orderly way. It tends to drop off in ten or fifteen pound increments, then pop back up five or ten for a while, etc. Over the last two weeks, I lost a half-pound a day, but today I'm back up about 7 lbs. (sigh)

I dropped 10 lbs in the first 4 weeks, and that did include induction.

I've always lost weight easily once I'd stick to a plan. Learning maintenance has always been my problem.

At this point I will be happy with a 5 lb loss/month, but honestly, I think it will be more. Once I'm at 130 though, weight won't want to come off...I will struggle then. But maybe not, who knows, this is the first time I've done LoCarb, and it's tons easier than WeightWatchers ever was.

I lose between 3 and 5lbs a month.

Cream - Don't be sad, losing slowly means the weight is more likely to stay off. You are doing GREAT.

I lost 18 the first month, then I've lost 7 so far this month, I'm hoping for 10 by the end of December. The weightloss has slowed considerably so I think I'm stretching for the 10. but I can hope.

I think it is a great WOE and I feel so good doing it!!

Good Luck !!!!!

Kathy
