Great Beef in South Dakota

Is anyone out there from South Dakota? I must say that here in western South Dakota we have many ranches. Along with many ranches we have many small butchering businesses. We buy our beef and pork from one of these small places. The cows and pigs are raised locally, and the meat is just fabulous!

Being on the Atkins diet, I don't think I would want to live anywhere else!
