Piccata, Marsala, Fried Green Tomatoes
you may wonder what all these food dishes have in common........well chicken marsala and chicken piccata call for dredging the cutlets in white flour and the same goes for my fried green tomatoes recipe.
I have tried substituting keto crumbs, soy flour........didn't work well.
What about a nut flour? Has anyone tried dredging cutlets or veggies in nut flour prior to sauteeing in oil?
how did it come out?
I would be interested in replacing the flour in this recipes ......
