Default AB roller?

I just remembered my mom has one of those ab roller things......I can have it if I want.
My question is does it work?
Have you or anyone I know have any sucess with it?
I want to know if it really helps the muscles.

Thanks

I was just at the gym working out and asked the instructor how to tighten the lower ab area...aka "the apron".
She told me to start using the AB roller and within a few days I would really start to feel it. So...I guess it does work!! Good luck!

Watch your back. If you've ever had back problems you may be cautious about trying this.

I learned the hard way...
