Benefiber

Benefiber is okay on a lowcarb diet isn't it? It says total carb 4g but dietary fiber is 3 so i only count one carb. Does that sound about right? Its better than that nasty psyillum husks or metamucial or citricill, don't you think?

Never tried it ... I take Psyllum Husk pills with no carb count (equal fiber to carb) and no taste.
