Dreaming about carbs
Not dreaming but I've got carb cravings again.. how can I make them go away?
Did I take too many of them (about 40 gram of carbs for the pre&post workout meal combined) or is it time to carb up more seriously?
As you may know I'm on a TKD variant now...and right now a tiny box of raisins is on my mind...
PS ate 2 hrs ago, next meal is in 50 mins..
