Default French Fries

I really miss my fries on this WOE. I could have a small amount, but I'd prefer to find a healthier alternative. Does anyone have any suggestions?

I am also wondering how to make mashed potatoes. I bought the cauli but can't seem to find the recipe.

Thanks!

I found these when I searched our recipe section:

Hash Browns

Fauxtatoes

I remember someone, somewhere making fries out of daikon radishes - couldn't find it though.

I have found that turnips sliced up and fried in butter tastes somewhat like potatoes. I also add a few green onions, and it tastes really good.
