Default about cardio first thing in the morning w/ empty stomach

Of course its the best thing to do.But what about us low carbers or almost cero carbs dieters ,we got no glycogen store anyways from the day before so its there a difference? Also does a glass of isopure mix with water makes a di di fference from an empty stomach in the fat burning process>??

Default Ditto... and what about flax seed oil before?

As I don't have a car and the gym is at 14K distance (about 9 miles) I always do a cardio before arriving to do either a cardio training (2x/week spinning) or a weight training (3x/week).

I was wondering the same.. now I take about 2 meals with me in the form of fresh cheese (we call it quark) with some shredded coconut.
But since i've been taking that awful smelling flax seed oil, I've developed the habit to swallow it down first thing in the morning to get over it ASAP. How about flax oil before?

Talking Its a great idea

I usually try to do some type of cardio on Sunday moring before i eat, you burn glycogen by doing so, this helps you get into ketosis faster.

Whatever can speed you entry in ketosis is worth doing, the faster your get there after your weekend carb up the faster you will start burning fat.

I guess it would be less critical when you reach ketosis, training while in ketosis is really not fun at all, this is why i try to train cardio on SUnday and gym on Monday and Tuesday doing lots of sets and reps will help you too.
