Smile New...Starting Monday

I'm starting Atkins (again) tomorrow. 3 years ago I did CAD and lost approximately 50 pounds in 3 months. I really can't remember why I stopped but I did. I've gained the weight back and then some. Any advice would be appreciated.

CPTLO (really doing it this time...)

Hi cptlo,

I (re)started last monday. Its helping me to remember how good i was feeling when my weight was 50 lbs less. Last time i was on atkins i didn't get enough variation in my food, i was getting bored eating dried sausages all the time. This time i hope this forum will help me to find various recepies and ideas to stick to the program. I hope this will also help you getting started and hanging on.
Don't start adding real sugar to your food, it gets you off the plan in no time. And if you are a (sugar)addict like i am, it will not be easy getting started again.
Whats helping me also, is to take it one day at a time. Every day i make the decision that i will do atkins this day, tomorrow is another day.

just do it!

Nele
