Wink Damn this is when i am happy that i have been putting myself true this

Start weight, about a week and a half ago, 210 pounds give and take a pound or two, weighted myself after my workout this afternoon, 198 pounds.

Damn this is a 12 pound drop, i do feel smaller too, i will start carbing later one today, but will only do a 24 hour carb up.

Does this sound good?, i guess that if i would have weighted myself this morning i would have been around 197 or so.

Plan for the carb up, take ALA to avoid spillover, minimise fructose or simply eat nothing containing it.

Cut carbs Saturday around 9pm and get a cardio session in on SUNDAY with low carb.

I dont wanna say nothing but at that rate and i still have some fine tunning to do , more protein, i guess that i will have reach my target weight of 190 pounds in no time.

Still i am not a big fan of the scale but more of my friend the mirror, i should get my bodyfat tested.
