Question macadamia nuts

I'm going nuts trying to figure out how many carbs, calories, etc I'm eating if I eat 3 macadamia nuts.

Can anyone tell me how to measure them when they're in the "whole nut" form? Atkins carb counter shows 2 tablespoons, so that's useless for "measuring by the nut".

The Fitday description isn't any better.

Anyone got any insight? Or am I just nuts ??!!

The info I have on a bag of roasted and salted macadamia nuts is as follows:

Serving : approx 14
Calories: 220
Total Fat: 23g
Sat Fat: 4g
Total Carb: 4g
Dietary Fiber: 3g
Sugars: 1g
Protein: 3g

So figure that there's about 1 ECC in 14 or 15 nuts.

Thanks so much, W. Looks like these are an excellent source of calories w/o carbs, just what I need.
