Hear I go again......

New to the site....I had great success about a year ago on the atkins diet. I lost 30lbs in 1 month but slowly moved back to my old ways.....COKES AND FRIES

!!!! I am an addict thats for sure! They will be the death

of me if I let them. I started back on the diet yesterday and am happy to see this web site........I think it will be extreamly helpful to me on my journey. I am looking for support from others so send me a shout sometime. RoyC
