Default Atkins Diet question

Has anyone bought the Atkins Diet vitamins and other pills? and if so what are they for? do you recommend them and are they really needed or do you think it's just a money making thing?

Smile hi there

In general, a quality multiple vitamin & mineral supplement is a good idea, but my personal opinion is that it doesn't need to be Atkins' special formula. Any of the better brands you can buy at a pharmacy or health food store are fine. I suggest taking a formula labelled "super" or "forte" or "stress" because these usually have more B-vitamins. Just make sure whatever type you buy is sugar- and starch-free.

Default vitamins

I my self take a mulit vitamin with extra calcium and iron. Seems to do just fine for me, plus I take Citrical Calcium 2 times a day.
