Default % bodyfat giving a 'fat' goal weight

I've started a practice bfl this week and just got my bodyfat measured at the gym. It was 31.1% and I weighed 140 w/clothes etc. I tried to figure my goal weight at 20%bf and got 121. I'm only 5'2". 121 doesn't seem like an ideal weight is it?

I took a long look at my body yesterday and realized how much I look like those before pictures in the bfl book. The trainer at the gym tried to encourage me by saying I'm in the perfect starting position to improve! Shes never done bfl so she wants to do the first workout with me, now I'm committed.

Before you make that decision you might want to have a look at Brenda's results, Nancy. She's 5'4" and these are her results from one challenge with 23%BF at 138 lbs

I guess I should be happy about this, I'm a lot closer to goal than I thought.
