Default AAHHH this is the second time ive seen a number like this.

damn this is getting confusing. ok on the fit day web page it said i burn 4000 cal a day based on my age wieght and lifestlye thats not including working out. anoter page for the the same paramiters sage to eat 4000 cal to lose 2 lbs a week. i wnet to that CKD calc and filled it in and in the text it said maitnece for most is 15-16 cal per lbs per day, and that 12-13 cal per lbs per day was a good deffiset. well for the infor it gave me based on the calulation for my lean mass it says maitnece for me is 4000+. i mean damn ive been eating 2000 max a day for 1 1/2 months. and it says that 3228 is a deffiset. um isit just me or do thses numbers seem kinda high.

i mean where they hell am i gonna get 3200 cal a day, i cant even conseave how you can lose wait eating that much. this is really confusing and im worried i havent been eating enough now.

could that alone be the reason for my plattue, that my metabolism has just fell to low now from lack of calories.

ahhh thsi is really confusing.
