Default ECA and Atkin's Diet

I have just started the Atkin's diet again, but I have been taking ephedrine/caffiene/aspirin for a little while now to energize myself at the gym. Does anyone know if taking this combination while being on the Atkin's diet hinders or accelerates fat loss. I like taking the ECA because of its effects, and I want to keep going to the gym while on this diet and not feel tired. Has anyone heard of any problems combining the ECA and Atkin's diet?

Thanks, Sue

Hello,
I know that Dr. Atkins doesn't condone caffeine or drugs that give you energy. It says in the book that caffeine slows down weightloss. You should gain energy after the first few days of induction. He strongly stresses a good multi vitamin. But, everyone is different, you might still lose wieght while your taking ECA, but I don't think its good for you. Taking vitamins might make you feel better without the jitters. Just my two sense.
Goodluck!
Shelly
