Exclamation Orange Covered Dr A

Hi Lynne

The 2002 DANDR is not available in the UK. If you have a copy of the orange coloured Dr A then this is a more modern version of the 1997 US book, done for the UK market. I suspect that it already contains some of the changes that the new US book now has. If you have the orange covered Dr A I would not worry about the new one. You might find it more beneficial to read one of the other low carb books, eg Protein Power, Dr Schwarzbein to give you a wider knowledge of the area.
