My guru Nat tells me I need more fat !!!! ok.. she said gob on the mayo.. ok.. now measuring this is a difficult measurement for fat content and calories etc ) is a table spoon of mayo flat.. or a rounded one... I can almost get a whole jar of mayo on the spoon if I balance it right.. the stuff is sticky.. ( sarcasm)
seriously how do I measure a table spoon of mayo???

So today I had a little bit of tuna with my mayonaise lunch.

Nat: so far today this is what it looks like for breakfast and lunch

also : am I correct in saying here that I can subtract the fiber grams from the carbs for a total so far for the day of 6 carbs??
this breakdown also includes 1 oz of macadamia nuts as you suggested...
also: I tested with a ketostrip : took a sample in a cup. dipped the strip removed the excess via the cup rim as suggest... waited 15 seconds.. and found only a trace reading... one block after the neutral block...

Fill a tablespoon with water, that's what the mayo should do. By the way two tablespoons make an ounce. Bill, more food, more food!! And the keto's thing can change through the day. It's the lack of hunger that I rely on more. One can get addicted to those sticks. Keep asking questions, it's the best way to learn, and everyone is so helpful here.

Seriously everyone here has been so helpful.,... Im not loosing any weight but hey... I have the rest of my life to loose weight...and at the looks of things I had better stay healthy ... cause it's gonna take a while..
