Question Tri Cuts question

I just got a bottle of Tri Cuts 2 yesterday, so now I'm trying to figure out what the dosage should be. The bottle says 1-2 tablets a day--is this correct?

I seem to be in a bit of a stall. I'm hoping this will kick things up a notch.

Thanks,

Fernie

-Why wouldn't it be correct...? Anyways, take 2 tablets a day- it's not a good idea to take more than the 'recommended dosage' for any product.

I take Tri Cuts plus coffee or a caffiene tab. Once on an empty stomach for AM cardio and then again sometime between lunch and 3 pm.

Tri-Cuts has a thyroid ingredient in it that means it must be cycled. Read your packaging or label carefully.

Cheers,

Friday

What kind of a cycle would you recommend? Right now I am talking it 6 days/week and skipping on my carb up day.
