Hello, I have been looking around this site for a few days now. I ran across the three digit part and knew this is the place for me. I did the Atkins diet years ago in the early 70's and it worked very well for me. Needless to say I have regained the lost pounds. But I am ready to go again. I believe I will add a few veggies this time and not be so eager to eat all the cheese. But I am geared up and ready. I have been doing water aerobics for the past 6 weeks. It feels good to move again. Well, thanks for listening and maybe I can get to know a few of you.

Thumbs up Welcome

Hi KKE and welcome to this forum.

So you were one of the people that did Atkins when it first came out. Its amazing, because I had not heard of it until a year ago.

Every success with doing it again. I hope the results are just as good. You mentioned the triple digits club. You will probably find it beneficial to start a journal as well. See sticky at the top of the page. Not only is the site good for lots of information and advice, but the members are great at supporting you and motivating you. In a journal you can not only keep track of your progress, but its a great place for others to drop by and make friends.

Great to see you doing aqua aerobics. I do these too. My class is on Saturday morning. So not long to go to the next one.

Keep us posted with how you get on.
