Sugar Free Cool Whip, and Pudding

How about eating these two items.... I am not sure? Can someone help me?

Sorry, Stacy...neither of those items is allowed on induction. Cool Whip has sugar in it and hydrogenated fats (something you want to stay away from) and pudding is too high in carbs (even the sugar-free kind).

The sugar free pudding is also loaded with salt! Talk about water retention.

You can use sugar free jello and heavy whipped cream and splenda once you finish induction. You can also add fruit back in once the two weeks is over with
