Hi everyone! I couldnt be more excited. My fifth day and I have lost 5 pounds! I feel great and the best part is I can feel the difference in my clothes already. I lost on Atkins before and then went on some other diets, however, bottom line low carb is the best! chrissie

yay!! i'd like to lose 5 pounds...except i've been on and off Atkins so many times (lol..like go on 1 week w/ cheating..and quit)..that i'm losing so slowly now..
