Default Increasing carbs as a stall breaker?

I am sure this can't be right but I wanted to ask if anyone else has experienced this.

This past week I have added 2 slices of "brown bread" to my WOE, from what I have read "bread" is not a good idea (was out for lunch and lost some control) anyway, what I don't understand is I've been "stuck" for a couple weeks and this morning I weighed myself and lost 2 lbs.........go figure, was the whoosh fairy just being kind because of my lack of control or is it that the occasional "carb fest" shocks the system?

I have to say, I've never felt better than since I started Atkins and I am usually a very loyal LC'r. Just curious.

I've just posted exactly that on another thread:

"If after a week or so of very low carbing I have a high carb dinner (not binge, mind you), 2 days later I get a whoosh.. happened twice after two wedding lunches... "
