Default Salt

Hello,

I had to leave the forum due to medical problems with my large intestines they think it may be diverticula’s but are not sure so more test are needed, due to being still in my 30’s. Therefore, I had to stop this way of eating. However, now I am back after 2 months. My question is this, Salt I need some flavor, so is it bad for me to use it on my food.

Thank's Punky

Hi Punky!

Salt in moderation is not a bad thing for most people. If you feel that salt is something you should stay away from or your doctor has said that you should limit your salt intake, try using a salt substitute (great way to get extra potassium, by the way) or experiment with other herbs and spices to get more flavor.
