Angry Discouraged and frustrated

I am beginning week 2, and nothing yet! I have not had one pound come off. I am doing everything correctly. Last time (1999) I lost 40 lbs in 6 weeks! What is wrong with me now? Any ideas?

Default Oh, yeah

When you say between 10/12x body weight, are we talking current or desired body weight?

Current weight.

Why not start up a journal and start posting what you consume on a daily basis so we can get an idea of what and how much you are eating?

Maybe one of the mentors can point out something you are eating that is causing you to stall out.

Without actually being with you 24 hours a day, 7 days a week it's hard to make suggestions unless you give us more details.

I would also mention the fact that you are 3 years older than you were the first time you did this. The more we diet and the older we get the harder it is to take the weight off. It's the metobolism that slows us down.

I am using fitday. How do I start a journal here, and is there a way to link the two so that I only have to put info in once?

Under the main page about halfway down you will see "bootcamp/journal" with the alphabet break down. Select D for the first letter of your name then start up a new thread. It's pretty easy.

I believe you can copy/paste from fitday to your journal.

Thank you agonycat. I started a thread, but I noticed that you have a link on your profile. How do I do that?
