Default Muscle Aches

Hi

I just started Atkins on on April 6th and already down 5 lbs and eating like a horse (no hay or sugar cubes - too many carbs).

I like to take my dog on long leisurely walks in the woods behind my house. About the second day into it, I noticed that my legs feel like they weigh a thousand pounds each about two minutes after setting out. Is this a common side effect while following Atkins and will it work itself out? Should I consider an extra supplement and, if so, what?

Yes, extra supplements will do the trick. In addition to a plus/forte daily multi-vitamin, take additional potassium and Calcium/Magnesium supplements.
