Default louisiana hot sauce

the label reads 0 carbs, and 0 calories. the only thing the lable shows is sodium. so, this is cool then correct? I am sure the salt can slow things down a little, but other than that good?

Cool It's great!

I use alot of Louisianna Hot Sauce and other hot sauces. The only thing I would watch for is some Habanero sauces have carrots as one of their main ingredients. I have one from Belize called Marie Sharp's Habanero sauce and it has 4.5 carbs per teaspoon. So make sure you read your labels!!

Keep eatin' it hot! Apparently it speads your metabolism somewhat.

mcavana, a couple things...also read the ingredients list and look for sugars (sugar, cane extract, corn syrup, fructose, dextrose, maltrose, any -"ose" or "sugar" or "syrup." If the serving size they give has .6 carbs in it, they can legally list it as "0" carbs and sugar. Having six servings of such a product will give you nearly 4 extra "hidden" carbs.

I've read somewhere that a brand named "franks" has no sugar...I found one called (uh oh--must go look......) Cajun Sunshine that's sugar-free.

oh and PS: I always wanted to be an offensive guard, but in my day they didn't let women do any kind of interesting athletics. I envy you the experience.
