Question Help with Recording Food in Journal

I keep falling in the trap of letting carbs sneak into me. Yesterday I sat down (Only because I had time to) and look up everything I ate yesterday and found out I ate 32 grams of Carbs without realizing it.

I want to record what I eat but I am constantly either:
1. Forgetting
2. Too busy
I've tried doing a written journal but I can't take it every where and I don't have much time at work to use it.

Does anyone have a good method of recording their food journals? Any suggestions would be great!

First, Lessara, 32 grams isnt that bad for the length of time you've been LCing - did you happen to record the fiber grams? That would bring down the effective carb count significantly (and atkin's permits this)

What I was doing prior to using this site might help you - I made up 5 or 6 different lunches / breakfasts/ dinners/ snacks and counted the total carbs and protein per meal - I stuck it to my fridge and would mix and match meals as my tastes dictated. It made things simpler because I knew exactly what I was going to eat and I knew my counts w/o having to keep track of everything everytime I ate something.

Default Do you use Fitday?

I use Fitday.com because it's a lot easier than keeping track of little pieces of paper. It counts fibre, fat, protein, etc., so you can subtract your fibre at a glance. Some people don't like it because it is missing some foods they use a lot, but it's easy enough to customize.
