Default "NO carb high"

It is amazing at how I feel with no carbs... even the complex ones I thouhgt I could eat and were good for me, ie brown rice and oatmeal.. I could not eat them and feel good either. The weight is important but how I feel is more important to me. I feel great and my mind is clear and my energy level is balanced... and why cant I get the smiles to work??? Ellen

Ellen, are you using the term no-carb and low-carb interchangeably? Atkins is not actually a NO carb plan. The body needs a minimum amount of carbs to function properly.

Default I do mean lo carb

Yes I am using the terms "no" and "low" as the same.. I need to watch that. I am staying under the 20 grs aday as suggested in the induction phase. Sorry for any misunderstanding. I don't want people to get the wrong info... thanks for your help..E HI
