Default SOYA FLOUR

Hi, is soya flour ok to use, i am on OWL level. I was thinking about making some yorkshire pud's for Sunday lunch with soya flour but don't know how much to use, do you use the same amount as you would ordinary flour, or can i not use it.

Don't do it!

You will be very dissapointed with the results.

There is a recipe from lowcarbluxury.com for popovers which are the American version of individual Yorkie puds.
