If you poke around in the Journals, you'll get lots of ideas -- check out the Low Carb Tips and Recipes on the orange bar at the top of the page, too. Sometimes people don't stick to a plan because of boredom, sometimes because they're not really well-prepared -- I hope you've read the book. And sometimes because they THINK they're committed, but they're not quite. If you're ready, this will work.
