Success!!!!
I started this on March 1st with a goal date of May 31st.
Start Date 245.5
Today 215.
Honestly it was easy.
The first 2 weeks I hardly had any carbs at all. Probably > 10 a day.
Since then I have been up and down but usually no more than 80-100 a day.
I didnt change much in my diet except for cutting out the McDonalds BREAKfast every morning, now it is Yogurt or a Q Bar. I cut out the Pepsi and Mountain Dew, replaced with Coke Zero and Vault Zero.
Cut out the candy bars and chips. Use the snickers marathon Bars now, or low carb Ice cream or frozen whipped cream as a dessert, with some berries.
Have cut back on pasta also.
But I am here at 215, and dropped from a 38 to a 34, and not having a problem to worry about
