Default am cuppa joe

hey, since ive been lc'n, ive noticed after drinking my morning coffee (11 oz of strong cone drip),that i get signs of low blood sugar. i guess it would make sense to reduce the caffeine? I eat around 15 grams of carbs with my meat and fats in the am. sometimes i wake up at night and can't fall back to sleep, i think this to might be from low blood sugar too. what should i eat to bring up my levels. some info - im actually a low body fat, lean person who is giving lc a try to bulk up my physique and i hike alot. the fats taste so good!

Caffeine seems to raise blood sugar, not lower it - see diabetes.ca
