Default Oh Noooooooooooooooo!

Having a bad day today. I should be happy but Im not really, have some company at my place who I havent seen in a while. I can't figure out if that spawned my splurge or what, but I did ok today, ate a salad for dinner. BUT- went to Sonic and out of knowhere next thing I know I was handing money to the girl for a cookie dough blast. Brought it to work and ate every last bite of it. Of coarse now Im feeling guilty as hell like its going to pile on 10 pounds automatically.

Not really sure where I lost it at. But I know I did. Im feeling awful for it.

Another thing is that Im exhausted, between working lots of hours and keeping up with working out my whole body aches.

I am thinking tomorrow for the first time in several weeks I am actually off work, Im going to make myself lay around, get some much needed rest and be back on the diet for sure. I can do this, I know slips and life are going to happen in this process.

Its just so frustrating sometimes. I hate setbacks!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Wow.....you have come such a long way and done an awesome job....

Don't beat yourself up over one tiny slip.....just analyize what happened and try not to let it happen again.

But you've done so well....I bet you're feeling a thousand percent better now with all that weight gone

Be happy and healthy.....you are doing it!!!!!!!

Ok, so you made a mistake. If it was your kid that was going through exactly what you are now, lost well over 100lbs and slipped, what would you be telling them? Would you hit them over the head and tell them how stupid they are? NO, of course not, you deserve the same treatment. You have worked really hard!, You have made wonderful changes to your body and no doubt your lifestyle. Pat yourself on the back, give yourself a cuddle and say "oh well, a minor setback, no biggie, I will move on, NOW is another time."
Well done!

That's right! Don't beat yourself up over a slip. You are doing fantastic! And it is not a failure if you "fail forward". Analize what went wrong and correct it. No one is a failure that learns from mistakes.....

They're absolutely right. I'm sure all of us been there at least once. I know I have and sometimes I ruin the whole day, thinking "what the ****, I'll fix it tomorrow. I have my whole life ahead of me." We're only humans and sometimes we get emotional and like the feeling we get after eating what's not good for our health. It's normal. We're all here to support you, keep it up!!

Talking We All Make Mistakes!

We all make bad calls. I am sorta in the same place now. But reading about you shows me that I am not the worst person in the world and that we can get back on track. Hopefully knowing that I make mistakes will do the same for you. Thanks for your honesty.

There is no need to throw it all away over once slip up. Just start your low carb like nothing happened. Buy, ketosticks so you can see at the point you hit ketosis again (I love those sticks despite what some say), it takes me about 3 days to show trace ketones again after a fall/cheat.
Thus, you can bounce back up and shrink.
