Does anybody know of a local place where you can buy Atkins products - or do they all have to be ordered on-line? I live in Louisiana and could sure use some help in finding these - haven't had a chance to look in my grocery stores - so maybe they are just right under my nose.

Also, does anybody have any suggestions on some low-carb crackers? Is whole wheat better? What about the products you buy at health food stores.
