Smile Need A Pen Pal (Restarting

Hi I am new to this site, and I have been on the Atkins before but fell off the wagon. Recently restarted again on October 15, 2001 and need to lose 48 lbs.

Would love to correspond with anyone who would like to keep in touch and keep on top of this way of life so that we can lose this weight once and for all.

Hi Linda,

Welcome to the forum. You've found the right place for penpals. Just start your own threads, if you have questions, or respond to other folk's threads. But, the best thing to do is go over to Bootcamp/Journal and start your own journal there. Read the dozens of journals and you'll soon feel like you've got a huge bunch of new friends.

Congratulations for getting back to LC WOL. You've done great, 25 lbs already gone.

Wishing you well in your LC journey,

your newest pen pal, Ruth

Smile Welcome Linda

{Recently restarted again on October 15, 2001 } Did you restart with going back to Induction? How has your first week been?

The only way of losing it forever is to change your Way of Eating. Falling off the wagon is nothing new to most of us but the best way of reducing the likelihood if that happening is to adopt a New WOL.

Finally why restrict yourself to one or two penpals when you can have a whole lot more on the Forum?

Take care.
