Default Weird occurance?

Hey all yesterday I was sure I cheated real bad. I had pizza, a burrito, cookies, and egg nog. So I stepped on the scale this morning (couldn't resist) and I was down a pound. How can this be? Are there any explainations for this or will the cheat just show up tomorrow or something?

Most likely the extra weight will take a day or two, sometimes even 3 to catch up with ya.....sorry to be the bad guy! Don't know why you're down a pound though!

When I have cheated it has happened to me too. Sometimes it stays down but most of the time about 2 days later I am up about 3 lbs. Good news, it is mostly water weight and comes off pretty quick. Bad news, it takes about a week of good eating to get back on track and lose again. Sorry.

jad and vandi are correct - just wait a day or 2 to see the difference on the scale.

However, just drink your water and maybe add a little extra exercise and maybe, just maybe, you'll be surprised.
