Wink Howdy from Texas!!

Howdy to everyone out there who is fighting the ugly bulge! I started the Adkins Diet 4 weeks ago. I love the concept...I started the induction diet again this week because I had the Flu last weekend and did not do very well. I had Nyquil and bread to keep the medication down. But you just have to pick yourself up and start again!!

I love the fact that so many people share the same ups and downs. It helps that WE ARE NOT ALONE!!

Thanks!
