Thumbs up starting over again

It's been 4 yrs. since I was serious about loseing weight. In one yr. I went from 355 to 232...now, I am back to 283. Gaining 45lbs. in the last 8 months..funny I got married 6 months ago. Go figure. I really want to get back into a routine of exercising and eating right. It wasn't hard to stick with it before but I am having one heck of a time starting again. I always feel so much better when I eat low carb. So, after 45 lbs. a new husband who more than likely wonders what happened..and great clothes I am determined not to throw away. Plus, the fact I am making myself not buy anything new..I am once again working on eating right...but just incase that weakness for Ben & Jerry's sinks in, I felt like it would be a great idea to join a forum that is willing to share information and support..thanks,Tonya

You can do it Tonya,
If you look at Allura’s journal, you can see that she has the same problem, and is starting all over again.
You can do it.

Welcome Tonya

I too just started back on induction this week. I think one of the keys is not to get down on ourselves for not keeping it up, I find that I start to think that I won't ever stick to it and that just gets me depressed so instead I'm going think positive thoughts only. I know this board in the past has given me great inspiration and encouragement when needed.

Hi Tonya!

Welcome to the forum! This is such a great place for support!

I too re-started induction on Monday. Good for you for coming back to the plan that worked for you! You can do it!

Another great idea is to start a journal so you can keep in contact with lots of people! It's a wonderful way to get support.

Good luck!
