Question For those who have lost 50/75 or more pounds...

I love when I look at the stats under screen-names and see BIG losses. But I ALWAYS wonder... how long did it take? Just curious to see how long it took some of you to hit that 50/75/100 pound loss mark... DO TELL!! (I was hoping to hit my 25 pound mark this past Monday, but alas, my period started. Crossing my fingers to see it this coming Monday.)

Oh. I've been doing Atkins since the end of May.

My first time around I lost 80 pounds in under 6 months, I started in october and by my birthday I had lost 86 pounds, I gained lots of muscle as I worked out fanatically. I am hoping to have the same success this time around, even if slightly slower.

I lost close to 50 pounds between march and november of last year. I had a period of long stall though when I focused on building lean mass and had my carbs raised.

Unfortunetly I got cocky and gained 15 back. Now I can't seem to shake any of it

I've been low carbing for two years. The first six months I lost about 60 pounds. The next six months I lost about 30 more pounds. Then, the second year I lost an additional 30 pounds. For most of us, weight loss does slow down after a while. However, I'm still losing, so I know that eventually I will get to my goal weight.

Aside from normal fluctuations of two or three pounds, my weight has gone steadily downward for two years. I have never gone off plan and gained any weight back.

I lost 53 pounds in six months. My weight loss has slowed some, but I am still losing at a rate I am happy with. I am going to make it all the way! And if it takes me a long time, that is okay too as long as it moves down .
