Hi everyone
My name is Vic. Just a short note to get started. I am fifty years old and I was diagnosed 11/5/03 with type II diabetes. I had tried Atkins many years ago but did not stick with it. Looking around the Internet I read some about all the different low carb diets. Have decided to go with the Protein Power way of eating. Scanning through the Active Low-Carber Forums I can see it will be a great help. There is a lot of good info here.
