Default How many fat grams is too many??

Okay, I weigh 145 - 150 and I keep my calories where they should be and I keep my percentages where they should be as well...via Fitday. I'm wondering, though, if I'm too high with fat grams and protein? I try to eat healthier meats and I incorporate veggies. I don't slather my food with butter, dressings or mayo and cheese. I'm just curious if I'm on the right track or if I'm doing something wrong! Any help would be appreciated! Thanks.

I think your percentages look perfect. Fat should be around 65-75% in Induction and most of OWL, so you're doing great. I think for a female your size, the minimum amount of protein should be like 75 grams, and I always ate closer to 100 or 125. Don't worry about grams so much as long as your percentages are in line and your calories aren't out of control.

thanks so much Hilary! And congrats on your bun in the oven..hehe
I was worried that I was doing something wrong...I mean, whether the inches/pounds come off or not, I want to do it right so that I'm not hitting major points of confusion later if I stall or stop losing.
Thanks again!
